unbelievable. I expected 1 of the 3 mats to be bad because i uploaded a bad picture but the image and edition from the company fixed it. Even the quality of the material is extremely high compared to other playmats.

I felt so happy because of the quality that i literally created an account just to recommend this product.

If u are a MTG player or any other card player, try this out and i garantee u that this will be your main purchase store for playmats.

My first custom playmat. First impression - awesome quality! Thicker than I expected (which is good!) and the stitched and printed edge is great. Printing quality is also very very good (depends on the quality of the original picture provided during ordering, of course). Overall, I'm very satisfied! Will order again for sure and will recommend to all my MTG friends!

The good: I ordered a playmat with art from a popular TCG, and it was printed, no questions asked; this is a very big positive. I received it about a week later in the UK, which I'd say is quite fast for bespoke products. It feels very high quality. The art is very good, high quality, though I had a very good source file. Customer service is also very responsive.



The bad: The colour balance is a lot lighter than the original art; I contacted them beforehand, as I was submitting a 30MB TIFF of the image, and was told I would be contacted if there were any issues. It is still beautiful, but looks more white than golden. The mat also smells strongly of plastic/rubber; hopefully it will last and the rubber won't decay.



The ugly: I ordered one with stitched edges, and was surprised at how thick it was, around 2x as thick as a normal playmat. It struggles to fit in any storage tubes, but is also better for playing with.

what's not mentioned is that for the stitched edges a different material is used that is thicker. So it's REALLY worth it. The next version we also get with stitched edges since it feels much higher quality than without, well worth the extra costs.

The end result does seem to suffer from a slight loss of contrast in the colors, while this is somewhat noticeable and worth mentioning, it is otherwise an excellent quality print job with the art looking clear and highly detailed as it should. This could possible be countered by slightly increasing the saturation on the colors on the art before submitting it. In terms of materials and build quality, there are no observable negatives or shortcomings to be found. They spared absolutely no expenses here, it's thick, it's sturdy, it lays perfectly flat right out of the package, and the stitched edging is done highly professionally that is consistent across the whole border while nicely framing the art. The stiched edging also hardly interferes with the ability to slide cards straight off the playmat, which often tends to be somewhat of an issue with traditional playmats from other manufactures. Considering the very reasonable price, these are absolutely worth it.

It's my first custom playmat, and I don't see any reason to buy elsewhere. The quality is awesome, the picture looks even better than I thought. It was really cheap on sale, and it's reasonably prices normally. The stitched edges are great as well. They made it super quickly, it was sent literally the next day after ordering, which is honestly kind of mind blowing for a custom product. However DHL sure took it's time, but thats obviously not this companys fault. 10/10 would (and will) buy again!

Ordered them without premium editing nor reinforced edges, and I'm very pleased with the quality of both the print and the mat itself!

I had these illustrations done myself specially for this and I was a bit afraid of printing pixel art but it ended up with no problems whatsoever, the edges are crisp, exactly as the image I submitted, and the colours are vibrant.

On the other darker mat it also looks beautiful and sharp, the only thing I'd point out is that, as it's common to hear when it comes to printing darker images, it's a bit darker than I expected it to be, but that in on way affects my opinion: these are beautifully printed and feel very nice to play cards on, I'll certainly will be ordering more in the future! Thank you!

Delievery was incredibly quick! However, I will say that in this case, I was a bit disappointed by the premium editing. The colors look a bit more washed out now than they were before, especially on the right side of the image. Additionally, the image didn't get printed all the way to the edges - you can see a line of white at the bottom and at the top. While I was very happy with my first playmat order last year (which didn't have these issues, the colors looked great and the image was printed all the way to the edges), I can't help but feel like the quality has dipped a bit for this one.

This is the first time I order from Custom-playmat.shop.

I have been very happy with the result. It was better than expected. I was a little afraid that the quality of the playmat would look bad since I didn't have a good resolution on my picture. But I'm so glad that I chose premimum editing for the picture with printed edges. It turned out great!

The delivery was fast and without any problems.

The only bad thing I have to say about the playmat is that it smells a tiny bit. They do address it in a short letter with the packaging, and they also give you advice on how to get rid of the smell. But it is not something you notice and after a few hours outside the smell disappears.

The quality of the playmat is really good, and I will definitely buy another playmat from this website in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

I have to admit the result more than exceeded my expectations. Just went with the cheapest options (no processing) and the details and colors are mesmerising. Definitely impressed! Astonishing quality, the playmats look and feel incredible. There are no printing artifacts, and the print itself is so defined that it almost feels like watching from the monitor of your PC the design you've chosen (the fourth pic is a closeup, so you can judge by yourself). The card zones are not invasive and blend perfectly with the design. The borders are well refined (second photo) and are definitely sturdy, they won't split anytime soon. The feel of the playmats is amazing, literally top-tier: it is so good to the touch that I could caress them forever. Moreover, the team is extremely gentle and open to any request: besides permitting me to add another playmat to an already submitted order, they also allowed me to use my own card zones design on one of the playmats (first photo). I was just disappointed that even though I payed for the premium editing, the contrast is a bit off, the whites are a bit blown up and the colors are a bit washed out.

I will definitely buy other mats but will pay more attention to the image I upload.

Would like the zones to be a little less translucent as they are faded to a point they are hard to read but they do the trick. The tube isn't anything far from what you could expect, however the silicone lid is a nice touch. Overall, I'm very please with my purchase and may buy again if needed.

Four of them came in pretty colour with bright tones and really dark levels on a black theme. Quality-wise, we prefer playmats with reinforced edges because they can be used in a lot of cases, though the normal material playmats are what you need for a card game like (magic). The colors are vibrant (a bit darker than the submited images, so take it into account) and they look as if they were official. These guys are very professional, and surely I will be ordering again.

Honestly, I thought that this site was a scam, but after i read some reviews on reddit (and since there are no other custom playmat stores in Europe) i bought 2 playmats with my design (no additional options) and they are hands down fantastic! The colors are extremely accurate, the quality is more consistent then other custom mats i have seen and the price is reasonable. These guys get a huge recommendation from me!

Im planing on buying more mats soon.
